Simon and Sue Gale are the hosts of today's meditation at their beautiful cottage deep in the woods in the Chiltern Hills. They are also facilitating the very special atmosphere. The amazing Natasha Alexander is leading the meditation in a room full of candles, cushions and blankets.
If at home or wherever you are, you are truly stuck for something to chant or repeat, (either inside your head or out loud) you could do worse than this: Out loud is preferred but you do what you can. In the book ‘Elevation to Krishna Consciousness’ Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada said chanting is the fast track way to reach home.
Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna, Hare Hare, Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare.

Every word contains the letter R in it, and, Hare is Hero, is Horus, is Halo, is Hail, (R & L are interchangeable) is Hoorah, Harry, Hara, Hera, Hira, Heru (Jerusalem) Ahura, (Ahura Mazda is Hare Krishna, is Hail Christ etc) Hare, Harem, Herod, Pharaoh, Hiram, Hiro.
In Egyptian theology Horus is the vocal chords, Osiris the Larynx, and Isis the lungs, when we employ our voice/ horus (the WORD of God) this is stimulating the throat chakra, the throat chakra has 16 petals.
I thank you all for being there in spirit (if it is possible). I hope you find time to witness a sacrificial bonfire tonight as well. The child of the 60s in me wants to end with All You Need is Love
